Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
• Sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging.
• Returned with all original labels, inserts, and packaging materials.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened, used, or unsealed fragrances cannot be returned.

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive STORE CREDIT for the purchase amount, excluding original shipping charges.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at and include:

• Full Name
• Reason for Return

Our team will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.

Return Inspection

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to verify that it meets our return requirements.

Store credit will be issued within 5 business days after inspection and approval.

Non-Eligible Returns

Items that arrive opened, used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging may be rejected and returned to the sender.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
